Welcome! I’m Mandela, and I'm a trauma-informed Women's Empowerment and Intimacy Coach trained in the Somatica Method. I'm also a postpartum Doula trained by the Sierra Childbirth Institute. I support women in all stages of their relationship journeys, from dating through marriage, becoming mommas, dealing with infidelity, and more.

When we as women are unhappy in our home lives and intimate relationships, it drains our energy. On the flip side, when we're fulfilled, there's a power that comes with that -- a power that we bring out into the world, into our interactions with bosses, clients, friends, even customer service people.
