Welcome! I’m Mandela, and I'm a trauma-informed Intimacy Coach trained in the Somatica Method. I'm also a postpartum Doula trained by the Sierra Childbirth Institute. I use somatic techniques and intuitive coaching to support people in transforming their intimate lives, sexually, emotionally, and spiritually.
